Make an annotated screenshot on MacOS
Press command-shift-4 to start capturing a region of the screen.
After capture, open it in the normal Preview tool.
There is a weird button in the toolbar of the window (maybe a marker tip?) that will open up an editing toolbar that lets you draw shapes and lines and such on your screenshot.
