Select specific pages from a PDF

Use the pdftk command line tool to select pages 1 to n:

pdftk input.pdf cat 1-n output out.pdf

To select several sets of pages, add more groups separated by spaces:

pdftk input.pdf cat 1-2 10-15 31-32 output out.pdf
