I’m currently using DigitalOcean’s Postgresql hosting service. It works fine, but is too expensive: I selected a larger plan when I was doing more work with it, and there isn’t an easy way to downsize. If I’m going to backup and restore, I might as well find the cheapest option out there.

• Lots of dials - example: Micro, 24x7 usage, 50GB: $34/month

• 500 MB for free, $25/month for 8 GB

Neon

• Free tier: 500 MB, then usage-based
